She is a North American executive recruiter and advisor specializing exclusively in commercial sales, marketing and leadership roles within regulated healthcare markets.

With more than 25 years of industry experience spanning clinical care, medical device sales, executive leadership and executive search, Linda brings a rare operator-informed perspective to every engagement.

Professional Background

Linda began her career as a Registered Nurse in Ontario, gaining firsthand experience within clinical environments and healthcare systems.

She later transitioned into medical device sales, where she consistently performed at a high level before advancing into leadership roles. Her commercial background provides practical insight into revenue generation, territory management, leadership development and sales performance within highly regulated markets.

After observing that many organizations struggled not because of product limitations, but because of misaligned hiring and weak leadership pipelines, Linda founded Robertson Human Asset to elevate how healthcare companies build commercial teams.
